Finishing & Surfaces
Anodizing is a process that uses acidic chemicals (eg: acetone) to oxidize the aluminium. The process creates a new layer of film with stronger characteristics and coat the aluminium surface called anodized aluminium.
Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF)
PVDF using fine polymer powder as aluminium coating to give reflective finish. Similar to powder coating but PVDF has additional steps to layer dye polymer powder and final heating.
Finishing process using direct electric current (DC) to deposit layers of film to the surface of aluminium profiles. The results vary depending on the type of coating film material.
